About the Event
The Consulting Club at Texas Medical Center (CCTMC) invites members to join a real-world, client-facing consulting project. We welcome motivated and curious individuals, regardless of prior business or consulting experience, who can work independently and as part of a team. In 2025, we will offer two types of consulting projects:
Long-Term Projects – Spanning 6 weeks, these engagements provide structured, in-depth problem-solving experiences in a team-based effort. You will engage with a Project Leader and The project culminates in a final report and presentation to the client, showcasing recommendations and supporting data.
Short-Term Projects – High-priority, 1-3 week projects requiring immediate availability. These shorter engagements require consultants who can step in and contribute immediately. Consultants are expected to have worked on at least one long-term project and those selected for these roles will have the opportunity to work on world-class, high-impact…
