Alondra Escobar

Alondra is a third year Ph.D. student in the Bioengineering Department at Rice University. Her research focuses on developing imaging technologies to understand how neural circuits communicate and respond during sensory stimulation in animal models like Hydra Vulgaris. Outside of lab and consulting, she enjoys rowing and attending comedy shows, especially open mics.
