The Consulting Club at the Texas Medical Center
We are located in the heart of Houston, Texas at the largest medical center in the world. Our members are comprised of Ph.D., M.B.A., M.D., and masters students from the nations leading medical schools and research institutions. As research leaders in our respective fields, the Consulting Club acts as a non-profit consulting service while preparing members to transition from academia to careers in management consulting.​

OUR MEMBER MISSION
The Consulting Club at the Texas Medical Center is the largest 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Texas focused on management consulting with three main goals:
EDUCATE
Educate advanced degree candidates about consulting as a career option and increase their exposure to consulting firms.
TRAIN
Train our members to become competitive applicants and land job offers in top firms.
BECOME
Become the brainpower that helps local startups solve their most challenging business problems.
Our 1000+ members since 2015 comprise of Ph.D., M.B.A., M.D., and masters students from nearly every institution at the Texas Medical Center. Top consulting firms recognize the value of our analytical horsepower, years of experience in hypothesis-driven approaches, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and are actively recruiting these advanced degree candidates. However, with limited access to resources in the Houston area, applicants in this region have difficulties navigating the consulting recruitment process.
