CCTMC has partnered with PathFinder Career Prep to help you fill the gap between what you learn in school and what is expected of you at work. Join our 6-week professional development series designed for graduate students entering the professional services world.
PathFinder is led by Matthew Thurman (former lawyer and McKinsey consultant) and Dr. Ashley Stafford (psychologist and educator) who work exclusively with students and young professionals to get them ready to thrive in the professional world. They are delivering 6 Zoom-based 90-minute sessions from July 16 – August 20.

• Networking 101 – Covers resume, elevator pitch, internship search and coffee chats
• Professional Toolkit – Learn about professional themes, how to run meetings and how McKinsey solves problems and staffs teams during engagements
• Emotional intelligence in the Workplace – Learn how to set boundaries, conduct difficult conversations, and manage your physiology, emotions and thoughts at work
