Miranda is a born and raised Texan who is completing her PhD at Baylor College of Medicine. Her thesis research focuses on antiviral studies for noroviruses using human intestinal organoids. At home, she's a houseplant collector with a green thumb and a heart full of love for her two tabby cats, Kenny and Lola, and pitbull mix, Rizzo.
