Yangxi (Sophie) Zheng

Yangxi got her MD degree in China specialized in OB&GYN, and now she is a 5th year PhD candidate at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She works in the Stem Cell Transplantation & Cell Therapy department, where she utilizes combined knowledge of immunology and cell biology to develop an innovative stem cell transplantation therapy to cure pulmonary diseases. Yangxi is also a cat mom and she trained her cats to communicate with humans with buttons.
