To the CCTMC Community,

To the CCTMC Community,

We are pleased to announce the second issue of CCTMC Connect in 2022. We are also excited to announce that CCTMC will be publishing our first ever 2022 CCTMC Caseguide

Please join me in congratulating the CCTMC divisions on their amazing achievements. The External Affairs team organized the 2022 Duke-UNC-TMC competition with great success with over 40 consultant-judges adjudicating case presentations from around 140 participants. The Education division closed 3 client-facing projects in Spring 2022 and staffed and trained members for 3 more. I would recommend applying for these projects to experience the life of a consultant.  The Community division launched Case Camp and organized a roundtable discussion with BCG consultants to discuss consulting firms’ initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. The business development division remained active in expanding client reach and showcasing our e members’ skills. The finance and marketing division did a great job in improving member attendance rates and launched a social media campaign to increase the students’ interest in consulting. They also managed to land Health Advances, LEK and Molekule as annual sponsors, making us the first graduate consulting club to do so.

In this issue, we have an exclusive and exciting interview with Ms. Prerana Pradhan, a senior manager at Accenture. The interview is especially illuminating as it covers her journey towards the senior manager role while transitioning from technology to management consulting.  We also have an informational article that can help you prepare for upcoming case competitions, a case interview “cheat sheet” to help you prepare for the upcoming case interviews and an exciting crossword that you can fill in to enter our raffle to win $50!
